It was another terrific month for Mitch Beer Racing with the stable winning five races from 27 runners.

They include;

7/4 - Ima Puppett - Gundagai - Kayla Nisbet

12/4 - Sky Call - Wangaratta - Nikita Beriman

18/4 - Princess Cordelia - Albury - Courtney Gravener

Interesting enough all winners were either fillies or mares and all were ridden by female jockeys, YOU GO GIRLS!

A nice little fact about each winner as well;

That was her first win after a exasperating run of placings and the mare is owned by our biggest client in Clanbrooke Racing.

She is also a half sister to the Group One Australian Cup winner in Sirmione.

We bought this filly from long time MBR supporters in Lauriston Farm.

We bought the filly as a sprinter being by Stratum from a half sister to Gold Edition.

She has now won her past two starts over 1600m and 2000m and is off to the QLD Oaks over 2400m, who would have thought????

We have nominated River Of Gold for the Listed 3YO fillies Bracelet over 1800m this Saturday on the Gold Coast.

Ima Puppett had her first start for MBR on the 7/4 after arriving from down south and it was great to see the daughter of Written Tycoon win for brand new clients.

Sky Call broke her maiden status at Wangaratta and is owned and bred by our very loyal client in Steve Watkins.

There is no better kick for an owner when you breed your own.

Part of the Watkins clan is Sally Watkins where we do plenty of agisting at Willaroon where our horses are treated with total TLC.

Raced in the former colours of top 80's and 90's Caulfield trainer in Mick Crawford.

Princess was syndicated and raced by Brent Crawford (Mick's son), daughter Kellie Matthews and all their great mates!!!!
